Job Description:
Fraser Edwards are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Electrician to join our team on social housing projects. The successful candidate will work within a highly respected Team specialising in the housing sector, undertaking electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance across social housing properties.

Key Responsibilities:

Installation, maintenance, and repairs of electrical systems in social housing properties.
Perform electrical inspections and testing to ensure compliance with regulations.
Identify and rectify faults in electrical systems and components.
Carry out electrical upgrades in line with building regulations and health and safety standards.
Ensure all work is completed on time and to a high standard.
Provide exceptional customer service and liaise with tenants as required.
Maintain accurate documentation of all completed work.

Requirements:

NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent).
18th Edition IET Wiring Regulations (18th Edition).
2391 C&G
Previous experience working in social housing or domestic environments.
Strong understanding of electrical systems and regulations.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Full UK driving license (essential).
A positive, proactive approach and strong communication skills.
