Electrician

Job Description:
Fraser Edwards are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Electrician to join our team on social housing projects. The successful candidate will work within a highly respected Team specialising in the housing sector, undertaking electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance across social housing properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation, maintenance, and repairs of electrical systems in social housing properties.
• Perform electrical inspections and testing to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Identify and rectify faults in electrical systems and components.
• Carry out electrical upgrades in line with building regulations and health and safety standards.
• Ensure all work is completed on time and to a high standard.
• Provide exceptional customer service and liaise with tenants as required.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all completed work.

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent).
• 18th Edition IET Wiring Regulations (18th Edition).
• 2391 C&G
• Previous experience working in social housing or domestic environments.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Full UK driving license (essential).
• A positive, proactive approach and strong communication skills.
