After your training has been successfully completed, salary can rise to £34,553, dependent on performance and qualifications

You will be working within the Anglian Water region covering areas around Kings Lynn, Newmarket and Mildenhall

This team-oriented position will see you joining our Water Supply Team, ensuring that the Water Supply process delivers treated water by carrying out vital routine operations.

You'll be responsible for the day-to-day operational running of water treatment sites. Operating machinery, monitoring processes and problem solving across several sites will all be part of this varied role, as well as maintaining quality compliance and adhering to company policies and procedures.

We'll provide full and on-going training to help you to understand in detail the water treatment process, you will train alongside an experienced Technician to ensure you gain all the skills and knowledge required, whilst also being involved in a Rota for standby to support out of hours.

What does it take to be a Water Process Technician?

  • Are you a problem solver and are you willing to learn about Water production processes

  • Ability to work within a process driven industry

  • You'll need a flexible approach to working hours as you could be required to take part in a standby rota

  • Excellent communication skills

  • You will benefit from access to a company vehicle, so a full UK driving licence is essential

  • There is a requirement to obtain your Water Licence to Operate qualification
