Assistant Manager - Accountancy Practice King's Lynn £37,000 - £42,000
A long-established practice is seeking a motivated Assistant Manager to join its General Practice team to play a key role in manging a portfolio of clients, overseeing the preparation of financial statements, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Role Responsibilities
- Manage and develop client relationships, including high net worth individuals, directors of small and medium sized companies and trustees, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements and reports.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Provide support and guidance to junior staff members.
- Collaborate with other departments to deliver comprehensive services to clients.
Personal Requirements
- ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent with a minimum of 4 years of experience in Practice
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
