Due to continued success and expansion a new role has been created for a Service and Parts Manager.
This position leads and manages the development and implementation of a service and parts department.
The role will optimize product life-cycle and enhance customer satisfaction overseeing the entire service and parts life-cycle, from product release, development to after-market support and field service operations.
We are looking for an experienced service and parts manager with strong technical knowledge, team management and who is proficient with relevant software tools.
