The Role:
- Work closely with production teams to optimize equipment performance and production output.
- Carry out pre-planned maintenance tasks and log activities on the CMMS.
- Perform fault-finding, root cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions.
- Focus on proactive equipment reliability and problem-solving rather than reactive fixes.
- Attend daily meetings to identify bottlenecks and develop solutions to improve efficiency.
What Were Looking For:
- Qualified Engineer: City & Guilds / NVQ in Electrical & Mechanical Engineering.
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and electrical systems.
- Problem-Solver: Excellent fault-finding skills with a proactive mindset.
- Manufacturing Experience: Previous experience in a fast-paced production environment.
- Safety Awareness: Strong understanding of Health & Safety regulations in the workplace.
