Recruitment Resourcer

Salary: 21,000 per annum

Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 - 16:00 (School hours considered)

Ultimate Workforce have an opportunity for a new or experienced Recruitment Resourcer to join a highly effective and dedicated team based out of their King's Lynn office. This role would suit someone who is detail orientated, computer literate and effective at speaking with candidates on the phone.

Job Details:

  • Effectively deal with incoming new candidate registrations
  • Confidence in writing and posting job adverts to various job platforms
  • Answering inbound calls and transferring to the appropriate consultant
  • To proactively search for HGV Class 1 & 2 drivers within the North Cambridgeshire and West Norfolk areas
  • Making sure registration documents are compiled according to internal compliance requirements
  • Ensure the current workforce are up to date with required compliance and regulatory requirements
  • Productive communication with all members of staff, therefore strong and appropriate communication skills are required
  • Greeting and making walk-in candidates to the branch feel welcome and to ascertain their needs

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role desirable but not essential
  • Understanding of HGV vehicles/ transport Industry desirable but not essential
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365
  • Be comfortable with cold calling
  • Have good organisational and administrative skills
  • Polite telephone manner
