Reed Further are working with a college who are seeking a business lecturer to deliver engaging and informative lectures across Level 1, 2, and 3. This role involves face-to-face teaching and offers flexibility in terms of hours, with options for full-time or part-time commitments.

Job Title: Business Lecturer

Position: Full-time 37 hours or part-time, 3 days per week, 22.5 hours.

Location: King’s Lynn

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Deliver lectures and course content across Level 1, 2, and 3 business courses.
  • Engage with students to facilitate learning, using a variety of teaching methods to cater to different learning styles.
  • Prepare lesson plans and materials, ensuring alignment with curriculum requirements.
  • Assess student progress through assignments, tests, and examinations.
  • Provide feedback and support to students to aid their academic and personal development.
  • Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of the curriculum.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • A relevant qualification in a business related field at Level 4 or above.
  • Teaching qualifications is highly desirable.
  • Prior experience in teaching or as a cover supervisor in the subject area.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to engage and inspire students from diverse backgrounds.
  • Commitment to professional development and staying updated with the latest industry trends and teaching methodologies.
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service
