Are you an experienced IT Technician/Engineer used to a fast-paced environment, who has a passion for providing quality driven work for crucial services? You truly will be making an impact on people’s lives.

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible predominantly for Microsoft 365 / Azure AD (Active Directory) based change management requests including new starters, leavers and changes, Device Builds, Device Re-Purposing, Repairs and Microsoft Intune profile builds and changes.

  • Connect / Disconnect Users from Azure AD.
  • Add Users to the correct Intune / SOTI Profile.
  • Create user accounts for third party applications (normally Care and HR based).
  • Build / Re-Purpose Devices (PC, Laptop, Tablet, Mobile, Kiosks).
  • Build / Re-Purpose VOIP Based telephone systems and mobile devices.

Skills:

  • Proven IT Diagnostic and Repair Skills.
  • Microsoft 365 Business / Office Administration Experience.
  • Microsoft Azure AD Experience (Nice to have but will train).
  • Microsoft Intune or Similar (SOTI) Experience (Nice to have but will train).
  • Experience in building / Repurposing Windows 10 / Windows 11 Pro Devices.
