IT Support Technician - Kings Lynn - Attractive salary
ALH Recruitment are looking to recruit an IT Support Technician with immediate effect for our client based close to Kings Lynn.
This role will report into the Head of Systems and IT and IT Support experience in a previous role is essential.
Responsibilities:
Ensuring the smooth running of IT systems, including general end-user support (e.g. Windows 10 and 11, Office 365, Google Chrome, Salesforce, Natterbox, Sage Intacct, plus custom-built portals etc.), PC / Server maintenance tasks, setting-up and closing user accounts, networking and internet/VPN set-up / maintenance, email administration (forwarding rules, mail tracing, mailbox creation), purchasing / fixing / replacing and asset tracking PC hardware / software / licenses, desk moves.
Skills
Knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud is desirable, particularly user administration, permission sets, report writing, creating custom objects / fields etc.
Knowledge of VBScript / ASP is also desirable, for minor Wallboard / CircleLink / Circle360 developments.
Basic knowledge of SQL Server is desirable for database administration / reporting purposes.
