Salary:high OTE with a basic salary of £62, 000+ Overtime at Premium Rates

Location: Kings Lynn (south west of)
Shift Pattern: Permanent Nights Sunday to Thursday (21:45 - 06:15)

Your Role:

As an Engineering Team Leader, youll play a key role in keeping our Kings Lynn site running smoothly. Leading by example, youll motivate and develop your team to ensure proactive maintenance and equipment reliability. Your key responsibilities will include:

Executing planned and unplanned maintenance with a strong focus on safety

Ensuring site assets are maintained and available at all times

Implementing safe systems of work for all activities

Maintaining accurate engineering stock control and documentation

Coaching production colleagues to improve equipment performance

Driving a culture of continuous improvement and reliability

What Were Looking For:

Electrical qualification (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) 17th edition certification

Strong fault-finding skills & solid mechanical knowledge (pneumatics, hydraulics, PLCs)

Excellent communication & leadership skills able to liaise with teams & contractors

Ability to work with computerised maintenance systems

Experience in food processing & packaging equipment (preferred, but training available)
