Overview  Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Dispute Resolution/Civil Litigation Solicitor to join a prosperous, well respected Legal 500 Firm. You will be dealing with a mixture of work from commercial cases to private client cases.You will ideally be an experienced Litigation Solicitor with at least 4 years’ experience and have experience to work unsupervised, running your own caseload.  The Role
  • Have experience of dealing with contractual disputes, property disputes, debt recovery, and other contentious commercial issues.
  • Strong knowledge of civil litigation procedures and dispute resolution methods, including arbitration, mediation, and negotiation.
  • Be organised, with a great work ethic and prepared to work within a busy department
