Job Advert: Dispute Resolution Lawyer (12+ Months PQE) - Kings LynnA leading regional law firm in Kings Lynn is seeking a talented Dispute Resolution Lawyer with at least 12 months PQE to join their expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven lawyer with a passion for resolving commercial and civil disputes to further develop their career in a supportive, professional environment.Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a diverse caseload of dispute resolution matters, including contract disputes, property disputes, landlord and tenant issues, consumer claims, and debt recovery.
  • Advising clients on their legal rights and options, providing practical and strategic solutions.
  • Drafting and reviewing legal documents such as letters before action, pleadings, settlement agreements, and court applications.
  • Representing clients in negotiations, mediations, and hearings, while maintaining a focus on achieving the best possible outcomes.
  • Maintaining excellent client relationships through clear communication and professional advice.
  • Assisting senior colleagues with more complex cases and business development activities.

Ideal Candidate:

  • At least 12 months PQE in dispute resolution or a similar area of law, with a solid understanding of civil litigation and the relevant procedures.
  • A proactive, client-focused approach with strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage a busy caseload and work under pressure while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide clear, practical legal advice.
  • Ideally, experience of handling matters in small claims, county court, and high court.
