- Developing and maintaining schedules to meet customer demands
- Coordinating with various departments to ensure timely flow
- Monitoring inventory levels and adjusting schedules as needed
- Implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency
- Utilising systems for scheduling and tracking purposes
- Overseeing quality control measures in the process
- Collaborating with the supply chain team to optimise material availability
- A degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience within a production planning, supply chain management or a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in business processes related to production scheduling
- The ability to assemble and interpret data for scheduling purposes
- Mechanical knowledge to understand requirements
- Proficiency in production planning software, ERP systems and the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- A strong focus on quality control practices
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
