We are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Business Partner to based onsite in Kings Lynn.

This is a fast paced and rewarding role, where you finish the day feeling that you are making a real difference by providing exceptional service to clients and candidates within the NHS.

Here's some of the key responsibilities:

  • Focusing on increasing the volume of bank-only workers within the Trust
  • Fulfilling all elements of the staff bank recruitment on-boarding process
  • Liaising with managed service consultants to ensure that workers are utilised effectively
  • Proactively looking at booked data to build roster into targeted areas of the wider Trust map
  • Working with Trust and Litmus' marketing department on the attraction piece to increase volume of workers in the bank
  • Ensuring new staff bank workers experience top-level on-boarding experience
  • Working with managed service administrator to set-up new bank-only workers with appropriate uniform, identification, information, and mandatory training
  • Understanding of client culture and staffing requirements to deliver the service required.
  • Proactively staying in touch with bank-only workers to see latest availability and work with MSCs to maximise opportunities
  • Being the first port of call for any bank-only worker issue escalations and troubleshooting

ABOUT YOU

Ideally you would be recruitment professional with RPO Model experience and strong relationship building skills or have a Healthcare Recruitment background. You will be proficient in full life cycle recruitment as well as the ability to identify commercial opportunities to develop the service portfolio and identify high-quality individuals to join the staff bank workforce.
