Randstad Education is collaborating with outstanding schools in and around King's Lynn to find a dedicated Primary Teacher eager to make a positive impact. In this role, you will support the academic, social, and emotional growth of students, fostering an engaging and inclusive learning environment for children aged 4-11.

As a Key Stage 1 (KS1) Supply Teacher, you will:

  • Deliver engaging and curriculum-aligned lessons to Key Stage 1 students.
  • Maintain a positive and safe classroom environment through effective behavior management.
  • Adapt seamlessly to various school settings, following lesson plans or creating your own as needed.
  • Encourage students' academic, social, and emotional growth in an inclusive atmosphere.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and communicate with parents and caregivers when required.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): Mandatory.
  • KS1 Teaching Experience: Strong knowledge of the Key Stage 1 curriculum and teaching methods.
  • Adaptability and Resilience: The ability to thrive in different school environments and handle challenges professionally.
  • Classroom Management Skills: To create a productive and positive learning space.
  • Passion for Teaching: A commitment to inspiring and supporting young learners.
  • An Enhanced DBS check on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
