Currently, they are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join their General Practice team in King’s Lynn.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Manage and develop client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements and reports.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Provide support and guidance to junior staff members.
- Collaborate with other departments to deliver comprehensive services to clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in practice.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
