- Assist in managing restaurant and bar operations, ensuring exceptional service at all times.
- Supervise and train team members, ensuring they are fully knowledgeable in all aspects of food and beverage service.
- Take a hands-on approach, leading by example with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Oversee service quality, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable dining experience for all guests.
- Handle guest feedback professionally, ensuring all concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
- Recruit, motivate, and develop a dedicated team, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation throughout the restaurant and bar.
Working Hours48 hours per week, on a rota basis including evenings, weekends, and holidays.The Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience as an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager in a high-quality, fast-paced hotel or restaurant environment.
- Passionate about hospitality, with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
- A natural leader with strong communication and team management skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and effectively resolve issues as they arise.
- Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays as part of a rota.
