  • Proven experience as an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager in a high-quality, fast-paced hotel or restaurant environment.
  • Passionate about hospitality, with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
  • A natural leader with strong communication and team management skills.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and effectively resolve issues as they arise.
  • Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays as part of a rota.
