Job Title: Food and Beverage/Restaurant Manager Gastro Pub with Luxury Accomodation

We are advertising on behalf of a charming gastro pub with luxury accommodationin North Norfolk, looking for an experienced Food and Beverage/Restaurant Manager to lead their front-of-house operations. This is an excellent opportunity to manage a thriving venue in a beautiful part of the country.

• Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, bar, and food and beverage services.
• Lead, train, and motivate the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional service.
• Ensure the smooth running of food and drink service, maintaining high standards.
• Manage rotas, stock control, and ordering to ensure efficiency.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure consistency in service and guest satisfaction.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure an outstanding guest experience.
• Assist with event planning and management, including private dining and functions.

• Proven experience as a Food and Beverage/Restaurant Manager or in a similar role, ideally within a gastro pub or hotel environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• A passion for delivering excellent customer service and enhancing guest experiences.
• Knowledge of stock management, ordering, and staff rotas.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
