Mackie Myers are delighted to be partnered with a global business in Kings Lynn with their search for a Finance Assistant. This is a permanent opportunity to join a well know brand who can offer longevity and career progression. Duties for the Finance assistant will include but are not limited to.

Raising & processing Invoices and setting up new supplier bank payments
Balance sheet reconciliation
First point of contact for the transactional finance team and supporting with queries
Working closely with the wider finance team and any queries relating to the operational finance function
Ensuring the team complete the weekly, monthly, and quarterly controls and verified
Supporting with yearend processes by preparing and inputting journal
Asset finance lead on adhoc projects including analysis and journals

Profile for the finance Assistant :

Ideally this client is looking for someone who can start this role in November
Studying toward or looking to start studying towards accountancy qualification
Experience working within fast-paced finance department with ability to hit the ground running
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong IT skills particularly with Excel
Ability to work as part of a team and work on own initiative
