Finance Assistant

Reed Accountancy and Finance are working with a rapidly growing company seeking a dedicated Finance Assistant to join their team. This role involves a variety of tasks including providing support to the Management Accountant.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Manage bookkeeping, including handling the purchase ledger, expenses, credit cards, and foreign currency payments.
- Oversee the authorisation process of invoices for payment.
- Support the Management Accountant with monthly tasks.
- Provide secretarial support.
- Liaise with payroll, track movements, and raise minutes as necessary.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience working in a varied finance environment.
- Understanding of accounting practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
- Confident communication skills.
- Motivated and capable of working independently.
