We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our partner primary school in King's Lynn. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our teaching staff and enhancing the learning experience for our students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver lessons in the absence of the class teacher, covering PPA time and short-term absences.
  • Assist in the planning, preparation, and delivery of lessons.
  • Support individual students and small groups to achieve their learning goals.
  • Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
  • Assist with classroom management and organization.
  • Participate in school activities, including outings and events.

Requirements:

  • HLTA qualification or equivalent.
  • Experience working in a primary school setting.
  • Strong understanding of the primary curriculum.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
