Sanctuary Personnel is looking for caring and dependable Support Workers to join our team, delivering high-quality care within care homes in King’s Lynn. If you have experience as a support worker, HCA, healthcare assistant, carer, or care assistant, we invite you to apply.

Rates and Shifts:

  • Monday - Friday (Days): £12.82 per hour
  • Monday - Friday (Nights): £13.03 per hour
  • Saturday (Days): £13.53 per hour
  • Saturday (Nights): £13.71 per hour
  • Sunday (Days): £13.94 per hour
  • Sunday (Nights): £14.13 per hour
  • Bank Holidays (Days & Nights): £15.47 per hour

Main Duties:

  • Providing attentive and compassionate care to residents, supporting both physical and emotional well-being.
  • Assisting with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and meal support.
  • Encouraging residents’ independence and fostering a positive, supportive environment.
  • Following personalised care plans and keeping records accurate and up-to-date.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Relevant experience in a UK-based role (support worker, HCA, carer, or care assistant).
  • Right to work in the UK.
