Rates and Shifts:
- Monday - Friday (Days): £12.82 per hour
- Monday - Friday (Nights): £13.03 per hour
- Saturday (Days): £13.53 per hour
- Saturday (Nights): £13.71 per hour
- Sunday (Days): £13.94 per hour
- Sunday (Nights): £14.13 per hour
- Bank Holidays (Days & Nights): £15.47 per hour
Main Duties:
- Providing attentive and compassionate care to residents, supporting both physical and emotional well-being.
- Assisting with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and meal support.
- Encouraging residents’ independence and fostering a positive, supportive environment.
- Following personalised care plans and keeping records accurate and up-to-date.
What We’re Looking For:
- Relevant experience in a UK-based role (support worker, HCA, carer, or care assistant).
- Right to work in the UK.
- A compassionate and empathetic approach to care.
- Willingness to complete required compliance checks.
