SEN Teaching Assistant

- Salary: £13 - £14.50 per hour
- Job Type: Full-time, Term Time Only (Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 3:30 pm)

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team in King's Lynn. As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with special educational needs, helping them to achieve their full potential in a nurturing and inclusive environment.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with special educational needs.
- Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and behaviour management strategies.
- Support the class teacher in creating a positive and engaging learning environment.
- Help students with their academic, social, and emotional development.
- Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience working with children with special educational needs is preferred.
- A patient, empathetic, and positive attitude.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Relevant qualifications or training in special educational needs is an advantage.
