Kings Hill full time whilst training
Hybrid thereafter - 3 days in the office, 2 days work from home
Monday to Friday - 35 hour week - 9am-5pm
6 weeks annual leave (plus 8 days bank holidays)

This Customer Service Advisor role would suit someone who is an articulate, IT literate individual who can demonstrate excellent customer service skills and a willingness to learn new processes and systems.

Candidates who have previous banking or office-based experience on the phone and are looking for their next career move within a highly successful company who offer an excellent benefits package and friendly work environment would be of particular interest.

However, candidates who can demonstrate excellent customer service skills within other industries such as hospitality or retail will still be shortlisted as attitude, commitment and team fit are key for our client.

This Customer Service Advisor role would suit candidates who are looking for their "forever job" where they can grow as an individual and have their efforts and commitment rewarded. The duties for this Customer Service Advisor role will include but not be limited to:

  • Answering a high volume of inbound calls on a daily basis
  • Liaising with both new and existing customers
  • Updating change of signatures and change of contacts for customers
  • Responding to customer emails
  • Updating the in-house CRM
  • Providing ad hoc admin support

The closing date for this role is 2pm 23rd October 2024 with shortlisted candidates being invited for a 1st stage telephone interview from the 28th October onwards.
