Our client are looking for aCustomer ServiceRepresentativeto join their busy and friendly Contact Centre team on a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract. Office hours are Monday-Friday, 9am-3pm.
A typical day will see youhandling callsand dealing with a range of queries regarding donations, setting up new accounts, changes to direct debits and many more. You will also be corresponding with clients over webchat/email and managing postal correspondence.
As you can imagine no two days are ever the same in this fast paced environment and you will need to be be able to adapt your approach to suit each customer's individual needs. The ability to multi-task is key as in addition to dealing with new enquiries you will be following all existing callsthrough to resolution, keeping the customer logs up to date.
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Excellent communication skills
- Good Microsoft Office skills, with a particular focus on Outlook and Excel
- The ability to maintain accuracy during busy periods
- An empathetic and professional approach
This is a fun, friendly environment so as well as having the above skills you will also be a team player.
Core hours are Monday-Friday, 9am-3pm. Our client offer hybrid working with the opportunity to spend part of your time working from home after an office based probationary period.
