My client is currently undertaking an exciting expansion of their Product team and are looking to bring in aProduct Managerto work with the Transformation Team to deliver a new CRM across the business.
As aProduct Manager, CRM,you will:
- Support the development and execution of a comprehensive CRM strategy
- Through research and development, experimentation, and testing, ensure new features and capabilities are easy to use and solve business problems
- Be at the heart of the transformation: working alongside the business teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality CRM solutions - implementing a user centred design approach and working cross-functionally
- Ensure that CRM controls, processes, and policies are effective, customer focused and are compliant
- Participate in and support both Heads of Product to build world-class product practices, centred on autonomous, KPI-driven development across multi-functional teams
The idealProduct Managerwill have at least 3 years of experience in product management, utilising Microsoft Dynamics and developing CRM solutions for organisations that have multiple teams across different geographies. You will have excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Based from either the flagship Central London office or Kent Head Quarters you will benefit from:
