B2B Business Development ManagerPertemps are thrilled to be working with a thriving small family run business in Kings Langley who due to growth, are looking for a Business Development Manager to join the team.The Role:As B2B Business Development Manager, you'll be at the forefront of their expansion strategy,responsible for:• Converting high-value inbound leads into loyal customers• Developing new business opportunities through strategic outreach• Nurturing and expanding their existing client relationships• Executing targeted cold and warm calling campaigns• Leveraging social media and networking to identify and engage prospects• Conducting product demonstrations and presentations• Analysing market trends to inform sales strategies• Managing and optimising sales processes using their CRM systemThe Ideal Candidate?
