Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage detailed budgets for multiple live projects, circa £4mil.
- Prepare interim contract applications and negotiate final accounts.
- Oversee procurement processes to ensure timely delivery and budget adherence.
- Collaborate with project managers to track costs and monitor financial performance.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience in commercial management within the construction industry (ideally within facades or as a subcontractor).
- Strong understanding of project management principles and budgeting.
