You will be working alongside a range of professionals, with you then providing 1:1 & group support to a range of students across all key stages
The support you provide will vary from student to student
This is also a fantastic opportunity for an aspirational psychology or child development graduate seeking invaluable in-class experience before going onto their masters or teacher training.
Job Description:
- Learning Support Assistant (LSA) Kings Langley area
- Help the teacher to support all children in the class and identify next steps for learning
- Providing 1:1 & group support
- Must be able to adapt to cater for all individual needs and abilities
- Working alongside a range of professionals
- Start after October half term or from January 2025
The Ideal Learning Support Assistant (LSA):
- You must be able to inspire and motivate the students
- A passion to support students with special needs or with intervention groups
