Interaction Recruitment are recruiting for an experienced Trade Counter Salesperson to join their well-established client in Kings Langley, This is a full-time role, the successful candidate will join on a permanent basis.
Working hours: Monday to Friday 07:00 to 16:30 & alternate Saturdays 07:00 to 11:00
This role involves:
路 account managing customers
路 responding to emails and inbound calls
路 sending quotes
路 helping customers on the trade counter
路 providing a brilliant customer service face to face and on the phone
路 keeping trade counter area stocked and organised
路 processing orders
To be considered for this role you must have / be:
路 a minimum of 2 years trade counter sales experience within a building supplies business
路 confident with inbound and internal sales
路 brilliant customer service skills
路 basic understanding of profits & margins
路 computer literate
路 fluent English speaking, reading & writing
路 willing to learn new skills
