Castlefield Recruitment are currently representing a Public Sector organisation who are looking to recruit an interim Adaptations Surveyor. This role offers £36 - £39 an hour via umbrella with flexible, hybrid working and the possibility of going permanent.

Adaptations Surveyor - Local Government - About The Role:

Attending tenanted properties with a view to specifying disabled adaptations based on the recommendations of an Occupational Therapist
Cad drawing will be required when specifying ramps
Sending specifications to our partnering contractor, reviewing quotes, issuing task orders
Arranging asbestos surveys, project openings, work in progress inspections and joint hand overs

Adaptations Surveyor - Local Government - What You Need:

Full UK driving licence and access to own car
Experience of CAD
Experience within a Local Government or a Social Housing environment is desirable
