Pipelayer - Winchester, SO23 

VGC Group are looking for experienced Pipelayer to start on a project in Winchester

Role: Pipelayer

Location: Winchester

Hours: 10 Hour shifts

Contract: Full time

Experience: 2 years +

Qualifications: Blue CSCS NVQ LVL 2 Pipelayer Card, Safety Critical Medical, must have own transport

Pipelayer experience

Your role as a Pipelayer will be based in Winchester and will consist of:

  • Full understanding of duties required for drainage works.
  • Excavate and prepare trenches for pipe laying.
  • Measure, cut, and lay pipes accurately according to the project plans and specifications.
  • Ensure pipes are aligned and positioned correctly.
  • Ability to use trench boxes or supports.
  • Follow all safety protocols and regulations on the construction site.

You will accrue holiday entitlement and be eligible to join the VGC pension scheme once certain criteria have been met.
