Working for a family-owned business in Kingsbridge, operating from new premises.
Your new role
Reporting into the company owner and Managing Director, the role will support the business across both financial finance and operational duties;
- Processing invoices, uploading onto the system
- Chasing customers for payment, responsible for all credit control duties.
- Raising sales invoices
- Completing VAT returns
- Working closely with the firm's accountancy practice with year-end.
- Preparing payroll reports
What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally have worked for a similar-sized business, where no job is too small! While you are tasked with being responsible for the finance operation, you will be called upon to undertake general administration, customer service and logistics support.
