Chef de Partie – Luxury Hotel – Devon – £30K + Accommodation

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Chef de Partie to join our team at a prestigious 4-star hotel. This role offers the opportunity to support high food standards in a fine dining à la carte restaurant, along with a busy events operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining exceptional food quality and presentation across all outlets.
• Ensure consistency, quality, and hygiene standards are met
• Maintain stock levels and reduce waste efficiently
• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff
• Work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience as a CDP in a high-volume hotel or fine dining restaurant setting.
• Strong understanding of food safety, quality control, and hygiene practices.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• A hands-on, positive attitude with a passion for delivering high standards.
