Requirements for the role:

  • Demonstrate commitment to continuous improvement running the day to day sections of the kitchen
  • Support and inspire your team to deliver our unique and genuine experiences
  • Ensuring the kitchen is a safe and clean environment
  • Someone with a background of preparing fresh ingredients.
  • Must have previous experience in a Rosette restaurant/hotel.
  • Previous experience in a fine dining setting.
  • Proven successful track record of working within professional kitchens.
  • You may need your own means of transport due to the location of the business.
