DK Recruitment are seeking IT Technician to join our client who are based in Kingsbridge looking to expand their IT Support function. We are looking for a minimum of 2 years IT support experience across the Microsoft tech stack.
Experience/Duties
- Experience supporting Windows Servers, O365, Azure AD, Intune and general Network administration and troubleshooting, TCP/IP and WAN/ LAN /Wi-Fi
- Ensuring that all communications to the Service Desk, phone calls, and emails are answeredpromptly and in a professional and courteous manner.
- Excellent customer service skills.
Location: Kingsbridge (Full time onsite role)
Driving licence with own vehicle is essential.
- Salary: Up to £33,840 DOE
- 27 days annual leave increasing to 30 + bank holidays.
- They provide fully funded training and certifications.
- 21.9% pension contribution.
- 37.5 hour working week.
