Our client, a thriving full-service law firm, is seeking a skilled Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join their team in Kingsbridge.

Position Overview

The successful candidate will handle a diverse caseload of disputes, including property litigation, contentious trusts and probate, and commercial and construction disputes, with the opportunity to specialise in specific areas over time.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a varied caseload of disputes with available supervision

  • Handle property litigation, contentious trusts and probate, and commercial disputes

  • Develop expertise in specific areas of dispute resolution

  • Provide excellent client care and build strong relationships

  • Contribute to the growth and development of the department

Requirements
  • 1-5 years PQE in dispute resolution

  • Experience in County Courts and/or High Court litigation

  • Knowledge of property, trust, probate, and construction disputes

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team

  • Commitment to providing exceptional client care

  • Enthusiasm for networking and building client relationships
