What will you do?
Handle a mixed caseload of civil & commercial litigation, to include:
- Commercial and residential landlord and tenant/property litigation
- Contentious probate
- Professional negligence & insolvency
- Property damage claimsÂ
- Contractual claims
- Construction Claims
You will have the ability to focus on the area of litigation that appeals to you.
What will you need?
- To be a qualified solicitor or legal executive
- At least 1 year’s litigation experience
