Residential Property Solicitor/Conveyancer A well-established law firm is looking for a Conveyancer, Legal Executive, or Solicitor to join its friendly and supportive Residential Property Department in Kingsbridge. This is a full-time, permanent role, created due to recent growth and a steady increase in instructions. The role involves handling a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales and purchases of freehold, leasehold, registered, and unregistered properties. You'll also be working on grants and surrenders of easements and covenants, remortgages, transfers of equity, and landlord and tenant matters, taking cases from start to finish. The client base is diverse, ranging from first-time buyers to seasoned developers and investors. The firm offers a welcoming and flexible working environment where hard work is valued and career progression is encouraged.
