Job description

Role OverviewAs a Dispute Resolution Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our dispute resolution processes. You'll work closely with case managers, legal teams, and clients to ensure cases are managed efficiently, with clear communication and meticulous attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and management of dispute resolution cases
  • Maintain accurate case files and databases
  • Liaise with clients, legal representatives, and internal departments
  • Draft correspondence and reports as needed
  • Schedule and coordinate mediation, arbitration, and negotiation meetings
  • Monitor deadlines and ensure timely case progression
  • Support senior team members in research and administrative tasks

About You

  • Previous experience in a legal, customer service, or administrative role (preferably in a dispute resolution environment)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion
  • Confident using case management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • A proactive team player with a problem-solving mindset
  • A relevant qualification (law, business, or conflict resolution) is an advantage but not essential
