They are looking for an experienced estate agent who is driven and ambitious to join them and assist with the sale of high calibre properties based in the Kingsbridge office, but you could also spend time in the Totnes office should that be closer to home.
The role will be covering Totnes to Newton Ferrers to Salcombe so there will be a fair amount of travelling involved. The candidate they are looking for must be a proven senior property sales negotiator already working in the industry either as sales negotiator with a great track record in property sales and ideally with some agricultural / equestrian sales experience if possible. They are looking for an exciting and dynamic candidate with good local market knowledge. You should also have some upper end experience as this position will be dealing with the high end of the market.
You will be highly professional, polished and organised with a proactive and personable nature. Basic salary in the region of £25-30,000 with on target earnings in the region of £35,000. This would be depending on level of experience. You will need to drive and have your own car.
