JB327: Bar SupervisorLocation: Bigbury-on-SeaSalary: £28,554 per annumOverview:First Military Recruitment are currently seeking a Bar Supervisor on behalf of one of our clients.Our client encourages applications from ex-military personnel however all candidates will be given due consideration.Duties and Responsibilities for the Bar Supervisor:
- To be constantly vigilant in respect of H+S issues and report risks
- Maintaining high standards of quality control, hygiene and Health & Safety.
- Organising cleaning rotas and records for bar and back of house areas.
- Ensure all emergency procedures are viable and communicated.
- To be constantly vigilant of security risks and immediately report any suspicious incidents
- Checking stock levels and communicating to Restaurant Manager for ordering purposes
- Helping in any area of the bar/restaurant when circumstances dictate.
- Attend meetings as required
- Ensure that guest experience in the bar is smooth, seamless and appropriate
- Ensure bar is well-stocked with beer, wine, liquor, and related supplies such as ice, glassware, napkins, or straws.
Skills and Qualifications for the Bar Supervisor:
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Be punctual, hard working and flexible.
- Be a good team player and have excellent communication skills.
- Adhere to all health and safety legislation.
Location: Bigbury-on-SeaSalary: £28,554 per annum
