Day Shift Maintenance Electrician
My client is a leading property company, they are currently seeking a day shift engineer to join a small team based in Horsham. You will have your city and guilds, nvq or equivalent in electrical with 18thedition (test and inspection is desired but not essential) as well as a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
Sector: Commercial Maintenance
Duties will include all ppm and reactive maintenance on lighting, changing lamps, led's, pir, small lighting installations, fire alarm test's, emergency lighting, fault finding back to DB boards and fuse boards, power, single and 3 phase, sockets, data points, floor boxes, general paper work, escorting sub contractors, general plant walk rounds (mechanical and hvac are subbed out), working with the account manager and client.
Hours are 7am to 7pm 4 Days on 4 days off
Salary is 48K, with overtime (No call out), company benefits, development and more.
