Salary - £21.00 - £23.00 per hour depending on experience
Location - Haslemere 
Hours - Permanent - Full Time
Shift Pattern - Mixed shifts required ( days nights and weekends on a rotational basis ) shifts will be 8 - 8

Summary
Appoint Healthcare are proud to partner with an extremely reputable leading national provider of health and social care services for young people and adults with mental health needs. Together we are looking for an experienced senior Registered Mental Health Nurse ( RMN ) or an experienced senior Registered General Nurse ( RGN ) looking for a step up into a deputy ward manager role or an experienced deputy ward manager looking for a new challenge.

The service that you will be working in is a Mental Health hospital, you will be supporting men and women with physical and mental health needs, this service is commutable from Guildford.

Requirements

  • A relevant nursing qualification ( RMN ) or ( RGN )
  • A valid NMC registration with no restrictions or referrals
  • Eligibility to live and work in the UK
  • Experience in managing a team, monitoring the ward and monitoring staff performance.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a nurse, in the UK
  • A high level of self-motivation and a flexible approach
  • A positive attitude and be naturally caring and compassionate
  • A commitment to high-quality care and to values and evidence-based practice
