Gap personnel are currently recruiting for a Quality Engineer for their client based in Newton Abbot.

As a quality Engineer you will be responsible for, but not limited to:

Inspecting materials, equipment, processed and products.

Develop appropriate solutions for quality control issues.

Certifying and releasing products to our customer in accordance with the contractual requirements.

Providing non-conformance data analysis and summary reports into engineering/senior management.

Knowledge of the Quality Tools and an understanding of non-conformance management using SAP would be an advantage.

Highly self-motivated and demonstrate a determination and persistence to deliver results despite obstacles and setbacks.

Experience in the Defence / Aerospace or safety regulated environment would be advantageous.

 

There might be occasional travel to Exeter for this position, so transport is required for the role.
