This is a brand new post and will include:
- Manage a team of 2 x Business Intelligence Officers.
- Analysing both Customer Facing & Internal Process’s to look for ways of improvement for the business.
- To develop new tools and systems to facilitate analysis
- To have a complete understanding of Business Intelligence in order to shape & create the department
- To provide Specialist Advice and Guidance on datasets and sources, analysis, research and reporting to users of Data and Intelligence
- Ability to Coach, Mentor and Develop the team in order to reach their full potential
- Strong Communicator at all levels up to the Executive Management Team
- Engaging personality in order to shape the way forward
- Influence and work with the Management Teams and the Executive Management Team regarding reports and advise of other options and direction
- Ability to interpret analysis and advise
- Issue Resolution
You will have worked for one of the following industries:
- Charity
- Civil Service
- Local Authority/Council
- Housing Association
Qualifications:
- B.I - SQL
