We are seeking P402 qualified Asbestos Surveyors for a leading name in the industry. Contracts will span across the South East of England, so access to the M25 would be beneficial but not essential. Candidates will need a strong understanding of industry guidelines and well-rounded hands-on experience. Our Client is offering excellent salaries and packages for successful candidates.
Locations of work include: Kingston-upon-Thames, Epsom, Croydon, Bromley, Orpington, Dartford, Gravesend, Woking, Hounslow, Southall, Slough, Wembley, Harrow, Watford, Enfield, Ilford, Romford, Basildon, Brentwood, Billericay, Harlow, St Albans, Marlow, Bracknell, Maidstone.
Experience / Qualifications:
- Candidates must hold experience undertaking Management, Refurbishment and Demolition Asbestos Surveys
- Will need to hold the BOHS P402 qualification as a minimum (or RSPH equivalent)
- Strong written ability and experience writing thorough reports
- Professional and hardworking ethic
The Role:
- Will be working as an Asbestos Surveyor, undertaking the full range of Asbestos Surveys on a mixed portfolio of Client sites, including: Commercial, Domestic and Local Authority
- Writing detailed asbestos survey reports
- Producing accurate Schematic Drawings
- Representing the company in a professional manner whilst liaising with Clients and operating on site
- Travelling as per company requirements
