Your new roleIn your new role, you will be assisting the Centre Management Team by providing financial administration support and offering excellent customer service to external stakeholders. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring the processing of all purchase orders and invoices is timely and accurate.
  • Supporting the team with detailed analysis, portal queries, property management reporting and other financial support.
  • Facilitating order production and liaising with the finance team for invoice matching, processing, payment and other charges and queries.
  • Ensure professional and positive relationships are maintained with all occupiers, service partners and stakeholders.
  • Performing ad hoc administrative tasks, i.e., answering telephones, scheduling meetings, booking rooms, dealing with incoming post and production of data reports.

What you'll need to succeedIn order to be successful, you will need the following skills:

  • Experience in a finance role or knowledge of financial control.
  • High level of digital literacy and the ability to learn new platforms easily.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong experience of Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Confidence and the ability to work independently
  • Strong basic numeracy skills.
